2012 in Film: #79

Catch Me If You Can (2002) | Directed by Steven Spielberg

Grade: B+

Thoughts: It had been a long time since I’d seen this film, and I remember being thoroughly entertained by it. Revisiting it nearly a decade later, it still thrills me. Leo DiCaprio gives a great performance, perfectly balancing the man and the kid in one performance, and accentuating the vulnerability in the protagonist underneath the suave shell. Tom Hanks is good as well, and it’s always a nice surprise to see Amy Adams on the screen.
